“Very good services in terms of prompt delivery. Slightly spoiled experience because the wrong chair was delivered on the first day. It did not have the elevated leg rest which I had requested. However this was put right very quickly with next day collection of the first one and replacement with the correct one at the same time.”

“Thank-you Wheelfreedom for the quality and speed of your service. Having broken my leg and discharged from hospital I was in need of a wheelchair on New Years Eve. I called their showroom and within 2 hours was able to collect the wheelchair. Very pleased with the kindness, speed of service and the quality of the wheelchair itself. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“I can't comment objectively on the chair itself, as I have nothing to compare it to, but it appeared to be up to the job and was well designed and invaluable for my other half, who had a Pilon fracture of her right ankle. What I can comment on was what a pleasure it was to deal with Wheelfreedom: super helpful on the phone when I first contacted them and very fast delivery indeed. We ended up needing the chair for far longer than we initially anticipated, but their system meant that was no problem at all. When the time came to return it, their courier arrived next day (having phoned first) and was very friendly and helpful. The icing on the cake was a refund for unused time, which I was not expecting. I hope we never have to get a wheelchair again, but if we do, I know where it will be coming from.”

“When I broke my leg a week before my wedding day it was inevitable that I’d need a wheel chair . Wheelfreedom delivered the day I got out of hospital and although I didn’t need it everyday it meant that (with a willing pusher ) I got out and got fresh air and saw a bit of life ! It meant I wasn’t 8 weeks stuck at home . When I felt I could do with out the wheel chair , it was collected just when they said they’d collect.”
