“Wheelchair was immaculately clean and well packaged. I was asked for my height and weight at the time of ordering and the foot plates were in the correct place for me with no adjustment required. An allen key is provided if adjustments are needed however. The chair was adequate for my needs as a temporary measure pending return from holiday to sort out my own damaged wheelchair though I wouldn't want to use this lightweight chair full time. Perfect for a short term use though. Thank you.”

“This wheelchair was ideal for my needs and the hire cost is very reasonable. What impressed me the most was the customer service. All of the people I spoke to were so helpful, had a great phone manner, nothing was too much trouble and the service was efficient and well organised. If and when I need to hire a wheelchair again I wouldn't hesitate, I would definitely come back to wheel freedom. I never write reviews but this was well worth taking the time to do so.”
