“Capon delivered in well covered chilled blanket and the packaging ensured the bird wasn't damaged. When unpacked the Capon was extremely well presented. There were no feathers to pluck, but upon looking inside I was hoping to find the giblets etc to make a stock. However, when cooked the bird remained succulent and tasted great. I'll be ordering again next year. Many thanks, and have a Happy New Year, as you made our Christmas meal as special like we were expecting.”
