Hi Sonia, Thanks for taking the time to review your order - we REALLY appreciate it :D For the black pudding, I use the low cal spray and add 8 or 9 sprays. I find this moistens the black pudding (and haggis) up a bit and makes it delish! Thanks again, Graham
