“Lovely bit of steak. My only slight bit feedack was the peppered top of the steak fell off during cooking. I’ve never had that before (I’m a big fan of cooking steak) - if seemed like a think cut of meat was peppered and put on the steak. Maybe to make up the weight? That aside very enjoyable”
