“This was bigger and chunkier than I realised, my fault really, but it takes a lot of room for what it is. It came with no instructions for how to set it up, nor how to interpret its appearance. Eventually I found some suggestions from a different manufacturer on line but the idea I should be able to get the crystal to completely dissolve with gentle warmth didn't work.”
