“The clock does the job well and my elderly relative is pleased with it, showing it off to other residents. I like the fact that the display can be changed to different formats. Most "dementia" clocks only have digital time, which she cannot cope with. The lettering is very clear and can be read right across the room. Two slight issues: the power lead is quite short so an extension may be needed depending where your sockets are positioned. Also the buttons on the back of the clock are a bit tricky on the initial set up and don't match the picture on the leaflet, but once set up its fine. Also would like to comment on the quick delivery and well protected package, and the helpful customer service who sorted out VAT refund for me (maybe put on your website that VAT relief is available for purchasers with diagnosed disabilities such as dementia)”
