“Very disappointing support, tried to highlight a problem and told it was a misunderstanding on my part. Clearly from screen shot it shows 3 X bags of 28 servings instead received 3 X bags of 14 servings half what I was expecting. Eventually told that the problem was being escalated but heard nothing since.”

“lentil soup with vanilla and sweetener. not for me. would be far. better if kept savoury - leave out the vanilla and stevia”

We understand that personal preferences can vary, and we regret that it did not meet your expectations. Our Complete Meal does not contain any artificial colours, sweeteners, flavourings or lentils. The only one sweetener is Steviol Glycoside from Stevia Extract. Our team has already reached out to you to address your concerns and find a suitable solution. “I love it as a quick breakfast after my run and when I’m busy at work. Some days I replace breakfast and lunch , some days I replace only breakfast. To make the taste more interesting ( is absolutely yummy also on its own) I mix it with berries or with banana and peanut butter , avocado and cocoa or pineapple and coconut- looooove it !!”

“It tastes lovely not too sweet and no horrid aftertaste, and not gritty at all it mixes well without a blender. I know I’m getting the nutrients I need when I don’t have time to eat on a busy shift at work. Delivery is always prompt too!”
