“The flavour is okay, though not tasty, I have to force myself to finish it. It's not easy to prepare either because the powder gets very lumpy and it does not smooth evenly when mixed, so you end up with chuncks of unmixed powder in your mouth. The only positive thing about this stuff is that it actually works in keeping you full, which is what it's meant to do, so great!”

“This is a quite tasty protein supplement with added minerals and vitamins. Easy to use, the shaker is handy, and mix the powder well. The only downside is that it is based on oat.”

“Definitely not for everybody, but they do their job well! The vanilla flavour isn’t sickly sweet like most shakes, and I actually find the shake has quite an oaty/grainy taste and a slightly grainy texture. Definitely better made up with milk than water, I use these on days when I’m just too busy doing vet stuff to eat a proper meal. Not an everyday meal replacement for me, but I do find they stifle my hunger pretty well as they’re nice and thick!”

“Ive been using this for a couple of months now and can really see a difference. Its helped with weight loss but has also cleared up my skin. Its really high in protein and 27 different minerals. Its not the most amazing taste but its ok enough to drink each day. I would recommend this.”

“It's tasty, keeps you full but its expensive. I know your paying for its nutrition but I just cant afford long term for it to make a real difference.”
