“I got annoyed with customer service as they’ve taken the money but not sent out the skincare vitamins. Tried to ring them, sent several messages and still nothing for over 2 weeks. As I had no vitamins left I started to feel better. Since January I’ve been feeling very fatigued and everything was a chore for me, been Drs had several tests and they still didn’t know what it was…..until I had no vitamins to take. Don’t know whether I was taking too many vitamins as was taking multivitamins too (customer service assured me it wasn’t) but after not having anything to take it seemed to much of a coincidence. I’ve been off of them for several weeks and just admit I feel great again, I’m back to my normal self, needless to say I have cancelled all the feel vitamins. Again not sure if it was this the problem, could’ve been a dodgy batch but it’s too much of a coincidence. So the staff in customer service being very very slow at getting back to me actually done me a favour”
