“I’m now into month 3 of taking the collagen gels and so far I haven't noticed any improvement what so ever, I will give it a go for another month and then thats it.”

Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart and bone health and immunity. “I’m yet to use the gels consistently because I just couldn’t get over the sharp metallic taste. I had to rinse my mouth the first try as it made me gag. For context I am the least fussy person when it comes to food and will literally eat anything and everything and have no good hang ups at all - so this was a surprise to me. I am going to try to persevere as the results sound promising and hopefully I will desensitise to the taste, but I’m honestly struggling with these. Wanted to share as I’m really surprised no one else has mentioned this. I will see if my review makes it onto the feedback page!”

So many of our customers love the Cherry flavour. You can however try put these in the fridge, alternatively you can add the gel to a smoothie!
