“I would recommend them for convenience as they are easy to have on the go, but the flavour wasn’t my favourite, I prefer the peach so that’s why I’ve now gone back to the powder I actually enjoy drinking it.”

“I did not like the taste of these and found the consistency runny so wouldn’t buy them again. It is down to personal preference but am going to try the powder instead.”

“I think after 3-boxes I’ve started to see a different in my skin. It’s hard to know if it’s these or the other combinations of things I’m taken, biotin hair and skin supplements, velashape has helped tighten my skin. My skincare routine has collagen boosting ingredients in it too. I will probably order a few more boxes - I think it’s helping with the overall process.”
