“Especially as somebody with adhd I find these liquid sachets so much easier to stay consistent with compared to powders. I was happy with my hair and skin etc already and really just take them to help maintain myself, however I got my nan to take them for a couple of months and she’s said that her joints have significantly improved (namely her knee pain after having a knee replacement ten years ago)!”

“I wasn’t too keen on the flavour. Useful for when on a weekend or few days away as convenient way to travel with. I won’t be buying again as rather expensive for 14 days supply”
