“The product is actually what it say it is, much improvement on my skin, hair and nails :) Made from 100% made with natural ingredients and it tastes minty which I love. “I am really bad at remembering to take Vitamins (ADHD brain means very forgetful) I loved these as the box is cute and not just a tub or bottle. They have fallen out as I didn't close package properly but still stayed in box. They smell lovely minty I found. I haven't taken them long enough to really notice a big difference yet but I feel better just taken them as I feel I'm doing something. I am very unfit and not looking after myself as I could so these are a fantastic start.”
