“100% recommend these multivitamins, I have noticed a different in my skin, hair and nails. I have recommended them to my partner who seems to always get ill, and since taking these he is ill far less often and when he does get ill the illness is no where near as bad. Definitely worth the money.”

“It’s fine, not sure I’ve noticed a difference at all. I haven’t been sick for quite a long time but then I don’t get sick that often anyway so it’s kind of hard to tell….”

“I love how these multivitamins are clean, with no bulking agents etc. They really do include everything and more, theres not another multi vitamin like them. I would say be careful if you have acne, as I read too much folic acid and certain B vitamin can make acne worse. If you already have a pretty healthy diet, you may only need to take one a day in my experience.”

“I really like the ingredients used in this multivitamin such as Methylcobalamin which is a form of B12. I’ve noticed since taking this product, my hair and nails grow faster and are stronger. The packaging is also Lovely and the fact that it’s vegan without any added fillers is also a bonus.”
