“As a personalty who was starting to have hot flushes In the night and day , but not in the full menopausal swing yet, I thought I would give these a go and so far, I have not had a hot flush since . Nornally very dubious about these things but it has definitely helped in that department. No other affects felt, but it was the hot flushes I brought them for so job done.”

“I started taking 2 tablets at night thinking it would benefit me more due to having night sweats. I still had the night sweats but now I had a metallic smell on my body not a BO smell. I persisted for 4 more days, still the same, I know early days, and my body was getting used to the new ingredients in it I called the help line who said they'd not heard of this before and to try taking 1 tablet in the morning and 1 at night. Since I've changed to this no more metallic smell,and night sweats have decreased, I still feel emotional, but I think its helping.”
