“Love the menopause supplement. Less aching joints, better sleep way more energy. I’ve even taken up some exercise! My main problem is bloat after I’ve eaten. This helps! It’s not completely gone but it definitely helps. I’m thinking to try the daily probiotic next. I would definitely recommend!”

“Hitting the menopause like a train at full sped speed I was becoming increasingly aware of my mood changes and hot flushes I won’t lie I tried others first but honestly no changes so last try was feel and all I can say bud they do exactly what they say they’ll do I can tell if I forget to take one dose as symptoms break through These are the real deal !!!”

“I started taking Feel Menopause because I was experiencing hot sweats 4-5 times per day. After a week thar had reduced to once a day and after a couple of weeks virtually none existent! My other symptoms such as brain fog and fatigue have been much improved too! Definitely recommend”

“Very disappointed. After almost 3 months, not seeing any particular impact on hot flushes, sleep or mood. I am wondering whether to carry on. Also the capsules are huge and hard to swallow (never had that problem before with any supplement or medication). I like the packaging but that’s about it.”

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear you did receive the benefits you were looking for. Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months. Everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Given your current situation, we'd like to offer a suggestion that might help alleviate your symptoms. We recommend increasing the dosage to a maximum of three capsules daily for a couple of weeks and then monitoring your response. You can try taking two capsules in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with or after food. With our capsules these can be opened and sprinkled into water and food.
