Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. “I’ve been taking this product for 4 months now and prior to this I was suffering night sweats itchy skin and generally feeling a bit unpredictably hormonal! Within a few weeks of starting them the night sweats disappeared completely and my itchy skin is significantly better and I feel more settled in general. I have not noticed any ill effects from taking these and whilst I’m sure sceptics will say ‘maybe your symptoms were about to clear up anyway’ I’m loathe to stop taking them to find out!”
