“Was advised by the company to give this supplement 3 months to take effect. I am a post menopausal women with bad hot flushes & night sweats. I am now into my 3 pack half way through this. Unfortunately I am still symptomatic.”

To help alleviate this, you can open the pouch and place it in the fridge to cool, which will reduce the intensity of the odour.
