“I have been taking these for a few months. I feel so much better my sleep is better my flushes and night sweats have gone. But I also started HRT I know many in same jet as me but not getting my results. I told them about these tablets but it’s the cost that is putting them off. I would highly recommend if you don’t mind the cost.”

“I have been taking these for 8mths now and originally believed that they were working. More recently my hot flashes have increased at an alarming rate and I now wonder if they are? I'm going to take a break from them and see if there is a difference.”

“The first week of taking the supplements I noticed a real difference in my symptoms however onto my 3rd pack and I’m finding that the night sweats and flushes are returning- I had hoped that the longer I was on these the symptoms would reduce further”

“I have. Even taking these for about 2.5 months and can honestly say I don’t feel any different. I am aware it does suggest to take for 3 months to feel benefits but with everything increasing in price I’m reluctant to try another month for something I don’t feel is working. I just have expensive urine.”
