“I have been taking for a while and when having a meal I feel full so only eat half the meal. Weight is slowly coming off about 1/2 kg a week to 10 days but slowly and surely is obviously the best way.”

Nutritionists recommend trialling a new multivitamin for at least 3 months, as this is how long it takes for nutrients to balance out in your system. So to work towards your desired health benefits, it might be worth giving the product a longer try.
