“The Feel GlucomannaN worked well for me. I felt, however, that it was very expensive and I have had equal success with less expensive versions.”

“Have to take 2 x 2 tablets 3 times a day before meals with glass of water. Often forgot take tablets. So bit irregular. Water on its own would probably have same effect of fulness.”
