“The actual product is okay, but the packaging is not fit for purpose and it turns into a solid lump as soon as it’s opened. My last tub was solid when I first opened it. It’s ridiculous as it renders it useless. I’ve tried everything to stop this from happening, but it’s just very poor packaging.”

Hi Kathy, thanks for the review. We’d like to apologise for any concern this has caused you, and want to reassure you it is just the natural composition of the powder due to the amino acids- they will naturally clump together regardless of being exposed to moisture. This is normal and the hard clumps can easily be broken with a fork. We are currently in the process of implementing changes to the packaging, which will be launching within 8 - 10 weeks, so that this will not be a cause for concern in the future. Thank you. Cam

“Honestly, I've noticed no improvement - in my skin or joints. I'm only one and a half tubs in but had hoped for something by now. I won't order any more now anyway - partly the cost and partly concerns over the artificial sweetener used - and it is so sweet - I wonder if you can do away with it.”

“I’ve been taking various collagen products over the last year but this is the only collagen I’ve taken (3 months now) where I’ve noticed such a noticeable difference in my skin. My face, neck and hands are so much plumper and smoother I am absolutely over the moon and cannot recommend this product enough!!”

“I have not had any improvements since taking the pro collagen supplement my face has had no change which I was hopeful that I would have some improvement by now as I’m on to the end of my second tub?”
