“Collagen powder stuck together after a few days into a solid sticky lump and I couldn’t even spoon it out of the container, which has put be off purchasing again. Positives are nice taste.”

With the collagen and the potential for clumping - this comes from the amino acids within our formula, they can clump when exposed to moisture. You should be able to still enjoy the product by breaking down with a spoon. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help with your experience. “Have opened this product in the UK and in a drier country and each time it's soon become solid and relatively impossible to dissolve unless you spend time crushing it. I complained, cancelling my account and the reply was 'yes, it sometimes does go lumpy, just scrape it'. I consider that poor customer relations and lack of concern and goodwill.”

With the collagen and the potential for clumping - this comes from the amino acids within our formula, they can clump when exposed to moisture. If this happens, you will be able to continue use of the product by breaking it back down with a spoon. “I wouldn't be without this stuff now, so glad this came out in Vegan form! YaY! Absolutely love it, I even take it away with me when travelling, but only wish they would come out with a travel-size kit or pouches or something that would make this easier! Otherwise excellent product, I could see a difference within a week x”

“I have been happy to find vegan collagen what is identical to human collagen type 1. I have beennusing this almost 3 months. Not sure if I have jotice any visible signs yet, but this is my favourite morning drink. I.love to drink, it tastes good and I feel good knowing I am helping my body to rebuild collagen.”
