“I've been taking these gummies for several months now to keep my hair, skin and nails healthy and growing well. I didn't have any particular issues with my hair, skin or nails to begin with so it's more of a boost and a preventative measure for me, but according to my hairdresser my hair is really healthy and thick, and I am noticing more baby hairs than usual. It's great that it promotes collagen production, too, I have some fine lines and while they are still there, the overall condition of my skin is really good. Also they are quite tasty! Very easy to incorporate into your day and they are much nicer to take than the usual vitamin pills. I'll keep getting these!”

“Delicious- easy to eat like sweeties!! Feels like my nails have groen stronger. Shame it has a sweetener in though. I would much prefer non sweetened”
