“I’ve tried loads of other brands but these seem to really help with keeping me calm and also with muscle stiffness that’s menopause related. May also notice they do make me feel sleepy when it’s time to go to bed and I seem to fall asleep quicker instead of tossing and turning the first hour or so! Very pleased.”
