“Since taking the magnesium and calcium I am sleeping so much better. I take two daily on Ron the morning and one before going to bed and my sleep has definitively improved. I have previously tried other forms of topical magnesium such as lotions and foot creams but found it irritated my skin. I also get the double positive of it including calcium which I have noticed an improvement in my nails as well”

“After 4 months of taking Feel Magnesium+Calcium, the quality of my sleep is fantastic. After having breast cancer, it is important for me to look after my bones and this helps with not only my bone density, but my muscle recovery after weight training. I’m really conscious of helping my body heal after 18 months of treatment and these really tick a lot of boxes for improving the side effects that were still present after treatment was completed. Fatigue is less, water retention has reduced, concentration has improved, muscles don’t cramp and are less sore as so focus on improving my strength. I was skeptical at first, but this little pill is like magic and really works for me.”

“I choose this supplement as a vegan. I wanted something that deliverered by D3 and Calcuium in a single tablet and was good for bone health as I am post menopause. I am usually a bit sceptical about supplements and tend to take them as a precaution rather than on the expectation of feeling any change. I am writing this review as this is a single tablet that has resulted in a number of positive, notable differences for me. My nails are definitely stronger which indicates this is good for my bones and teeth. An added an unexpected positive is that it has also massively reduced the extent to which I experienced twitchy legs at night. This is a long standing condition that has been really sleep disruptive to me. I understand it is likely the magnesium that helps with this. I did have a really bad week on holiday with the condition when I forgot my supplements. Within a few days of being back home and taking them it went away. I would take these for that effect alone. It is wonderful going to sleep without my legs irritating me and keeping me awake.”

“I like the fact that you get Magnesium and Calcium in one tablet. I wish they could make the tablets a little bigger to allow one tablet to be taken twice a day as apposed to talking three tablets in a day but that's my only gripe, otherwise fantastic.”
