“Genuinely feel I get the benefits of this. I feel calmer in work meetings and it seems to help keep things balanced in the lead up to that time of month. I also feel more focused. Would recommend.”

“I used to get the worst PMS symptoms and searched online of possible supplements to help with the mood swings. I found out Ashwagandha significantly reduces stress and anxiety levels so thought I’d give these a try (in combination with the Feel multivitamins) and I have really seen an improvement! I’m sleeping better and I feel less anger, stress and anxiety. They’re pricey but effective so they’re worth every penny!”

“I can't believe this but I do feel a lot more focussed and am able to retain information that I used to forget a lot or wasn't able to retain much. So yes I would very much recommend this to people with memory problems.”
