The sad part is that Wax London products are excellent, but other parts of the company are severely letting the side down.
I had previously purchased items via their online service twice without any hitch. However, this episode means I won't use their online service again. I visit London regularly and so I will purchase directly from their shops.
The measure of any company is how they react if things don't go according to plan. I'm afraid that on this aspect, Wax London was appallingly and spectacularly bad.”
