“I purchased this item and received it on 12/7. I started a return the next day as the item was too large. It was shipped per the company's return process and arrived at the facility, per the tracking information, on 12/11. I waited for my refund. I contacted the company several times between the 11th and the 26th but have yet to be responded to. I had to issue a dispute with paypal. This experience might be an aberration. I don't want to assume this is how they do business regularly; that being said, my experience was pretty alarming.”
