You are selling the product out of the UK but you forgot to mention, that you do not accept returns from the EU. A very bad service indeed. Because of you, I lost 300 GBP and the cost of the shipment by UPS. If I accepted the return, I would have to pay an additional 100 plus GBP plus the cost of the shipment.
