“My son asked for this so was pleased to receive £100 gift voucher by email on Xmas day to choose a clothes item. Somehow a voucher was sent to him and one to me so I asked for my one to be refunded. Customer Services were brilliant. Understood problem and reimbursed me at earliest opportunity. Very polite and courteous and helpful which was really appreciated.”
