“Excellent customer service, ordered Tuesday and delivered within 24hrs. Straightforward to inflate, deflate. However small issue when inflating this afternoon the air inlets appeared to be in the deflate position, a couple of light presses and the issue was solved.”

“I have only just received the kayak. I ordered it on the 14th July ,delivery was supposed to ve 4th Aug. It arrived last week . But the real frustration was the lack of response from telephone , emails . Really maddening , standard responses which were meaningless. So I could take it on holiday as planned and it's still in its box , so I cannot comment on the quality of the kayak. This is only the second negative feedback I have felt sufficiently annoyed to post ever.”

“Went out on the weekend in Wetherby where I live on the river Wharfe and the kayak did brilliantly it loved the river and was easy to setup and to get in and out brilliant piece of kit.”
