“After being sent the wrong colour board, and paying for next day delivery and it being sent 3 days later, I have received no response to my complaint email 6 days later. I also emailed on Saturday requesting for an update to which I’ve received no response too, henceforth the poor review. I would like a response as soon as possible to resolve this issue.”

“I pre-ordered my Paddle board in May 2024 for a delivery in July which would be perfect as I was going a way for a couple of weeks holiday. July came and I had to keep chasing and was told my Paddle Board would be with me before my holiday as it was ready for delivery. This was not the case so had to rent at my cost a paddle board whilst away. It was not till the back end of Auguest before I received it and the season is virtually over. I was offered a waterproof phone case as compensation which I did not have the energy to fight as I had lost all of the summer. The paddle board its self is great.”
