“Product amazing but was amazing this came as it was delivered and bag which had been placed in a plastic see through bag was broken an coat hanging out so think you need to re think of your packaging for a coat that cost over 100 pounds”

“Love the robe, warm and cosy and waterproof! Perfect for dog walking in our grey wet winter weather! It was a bit late being delivered, originally expected on December 5th, arrived December 22nd! Was promised a waterproof phone case as compensation, but that hasn’t arrived!”
