“The fin clip wasn't with the board/paddle/pump/bag from new. I ordered one through the website, but Wave Team contacted me and said that in the circumstances I would be refunded. It was only £4.99 but I very much appreciated the gesture - what great customer service. The fin clip has been with me and my Tourer 11 for the last 2 weeks in Corfu and I am happy to report that we had great adventures (including a headstand whilst on the water!) Fantastic product, easy to transport, quick and easy to inflate and as it weighs only 15kg Easyjet allowed me to pay the lowest amount on hold luggage charges. All great!”
