“I’ve been using my Woody board for a month or so now and I love it! It’s so easy to inflate and deflate, it doesn’t scratch easily (my dog uses it too!) and the board is great quality for the price! I‘ve only been using it for a short time so can’t speak for durability, but it feels like a solid board that’s going to give me lots of great times out on the water while I refine my SUP skills! My boyfriend also loves it so has no invested in one of his own so we can go together! Would recommended to anyone starting out - 10/10 beginner board!”

“I have a rigid board and have been paddling for 15 years, I never really considered buying a LiLo as I came from surfing and windsurfing, and the concept never appealed. Circumstances change, and a local lake has opened up for SUP, so an iSUP sort of made sense. Still being a bit sceptical about the whole idea, I thought I'd get a moderately priced second-hand board and use it for evenings on the lake. Whilst online at work, the ad for Wave popped up, and I clicked through to the site. I have had lots of ads for iSUPs in my timeline, but for some reason, I clicked this one - the package, board and price all seemed a bit too good to be true. But, if the board didn't live up to the spec, I would still have a pump, bag and paddle at worst. The board arrived, and I was surprised at the quality of all the bits - bag, pump, paddle but most of all, the board. It appears to be built like a battleship. The Woody's timber effect board really made it ping, so I jumped onto the pump and inflated the board. Once inflated, I encountered a small problem in that the slide for the skeg was bent upwards at the rear, and no matter how long I left it at max pressure, I could not get the skeg to slide in sufficiently to insert the retaining clip, not even close. Kicking myself for buying a 'cheap' inflatable, I pinged Wave's customer service department expecting obfuscation and excuses. They simply asked to see some pics, asked what I had done and tried, and within the hour, they offered to replace the board, and I could return the one with the defect. Then they said they didn't want the original back. Four days later, the replacement board arrived, and everything went together perfectly. They were happy for me to keep the first board and use it as a raft to tow my dog around the lake, but they did ask for pictures. When the lake opens on 01 April, I will happily oblige. The reason I am writing this review is that although the quality of the board is excellent, the number of additional parts of the kit means it's a complete pump-up-and-go option for an incredible price. It's because the way that Waves responded to a customer complaint was world-class. I've been around a while, bought lots of things, and some had faults. On very few occasions have they been dealt with so promptly, with such little fuss and with such a pleasing outcome - beautifully done. I have already recommended Waves to my sons and friends, who are also going to be hitting the lake in April. I shall continue to do so because it is how a brand makes you feel in these moments that builds brand loyalty; few people remember how they were treated when everything goes well, and no one forgets a bad experience when they don't. Good luck Wave; great product, great price and fabulous customer service. I hope you make enough money to buy a coat for winter. Gan canny, man!”

“Just received this 1 day after ordering.have blown it up but not taken it out yet(to cold)bought as a birthday present for my disabled wife.shes so excited to get out on it.....fair to say I nailed it this birthdaylooks excellent quality, easy to blow up and the carry bag is plenty big enough for everything to fit in.top marks”
