“Purchased a board and happy with purchase , however had a number of questions regarding the equipment and further additional equipment. Have made numerous phone calls to customer service and continually being told the office is shut and someone would respond, sadly a week later and NO response at all . I further have sent emails asking the same questions that have been acknowledged by the pre set response email , and again no response at all !!!!! Extremely frustrating. James Mc Carthy”

“Was super impressed with the board , looks grand. Doesn’t take that long to blow up, great pre workout before a paddle :) Was previously reviewed with some problems with dispatch and communication however this was due to a high demand and at the start of the weekend. Give orders time through the weekend if you do order as you will get your delivery. The team were fantastic with all information needed and we’re all round superb to chat with. Have been out once and so far so good.”

“Fast delivery and board very easy to inflate; I’m in my 60’s but fit so wanted the pump to inflate easily and for the bag straps to be comfy for walk from car to beach. Very happy with my purchase and use on river cam was in keeping as the colour scheme looked in keeping with natural surroundings.”
