“When we finally received the board it’s fantastic. We ordered the board as it was in stock with next day delivery only to get an email three days later stating it’s on Pre order! When I complained I eventually got a response saying there had been a delay and it would be with us soon. Arriving after 4 days the board arrived missing its fin! It took a lot of contact with the customer service for them to even acknowledge the fin was missing. Considering it is meant to be next day delivery it took over two weeks to have the board in its entirety. Would not purchase from them again due to the sheer lack for care from their team, which is unfortunate as the board is fantastic!”

“This board and seat package represents excellent value and quality for it's price point, The kayak seat works very well and adds an additional angle to the sup activity, The quality is is good, carry bag is comfortable and the double action pump inflates the board in a short time, I would definitely recommend the product and I have brought an additional one for my wife!”
