“I have bought from Wave SUP in the past and know that their equipment is quality, their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced and I trust them. My 15 yr old daughter has come paddling with me a couple of times and really enjoyed it. I tomd her if she really wanted to paddle more with me I will buy her a board. She jumped at the offer. I went straight to Wave SUP and did some research. The advice on the website is comprehensive and helped me make up my mind. The Cruiser looked like a good place for her to start on her own. Then I saw the slashed price SAVE £150, WAS £349.99 NOW £179.99, it was meant to be! The whole shooting match- pump, bag, paddle, everything. Check out process is simple. My paypal made it a chore but that was no fault of Wave SUP. Once the problem was sorted it took a day to deliver, fantastic! Unfortunately, it’s back to school time so our oppotunities to get on the water are limited. If the weather stays good, we’ll be out this weekend. I know this board is going to be great and my kid is going to love it. Thanks for helping me and kiddo enjoy life together.”

“Package turned up quickly everything was packaged well. The bag is really robust and looks like it will do well whilst travelling abroad. Have pumped up the board to check for leaks and no problems but haven’t had a chance to get out in the water yet due to the cold weather.”

“As you can see above we have not used this board as yet as it is going to be a gift for husbands birthday/retirement. It was fairly easy to order although took me a little time to register that extra 1ft cost £20 extra. While looking on website after choosing Wave cruiser price was £219.99when place in basket £239.99. I did not use customer services. Delivery was supposed to take two days which I was happy with unfortunately it arrived next day when my office was closed. The delivery man took to local pick up point but did not leave card so I had no idea where the parcel was. All sorted now, fingers crossed for some good weather.”

“I've been considering buying a couple of SUPs since last summer and have kept looking around but it's difficult to know what to buy. In the end, came across the WaveSUPs site and was brilliant as it advised what size and type of board to buy. Had an IM chat with online sales to confirm a few things and they were most helpful in deciding to buy. The items arrived quickly (with free delivery) and we had them both blown up in the living room to check them over. Initial feedback is they are very well made, easy and quick to inflate. Looking forward to being able to try them out when the weather warms up.”
