“Hi Guys, TBH, I'm again left frustrated by Wave. I started a review, trying to provide genuine constructive customer feedback, but as I'll comment; Wave website and service has annoyed me. I spent some time writing a review, when I don't have too, but lost all my narrative when the site crashed again and didn't auto save. So now I'm into bullet points; Delivery; Poor, was late on the stated 4 days. Dpd tracker didn't work, and downloading the recommended "SHOP" app, a shopping app wasn't received well. Are Wave on commission, probably!! Quality; It's still new but on first glance looks good! Paddles could do with rubber protective caps to save punctures or ripping the bag side pockets. Set up; Poor - floor instuctions state inflate to 15psi, the pump provide has a gauge that only reads upto 9.6psi, so inadequate. Effectively the customer is cohersed into buying an alternative gauge, but this was sold out on the Wave website, surprisingly as everyone needs one. The seat and footrest configuration is confusing and isn't defined clearly in the instruction manual or online. Which location points are used for what? Comfort; Not great. Seats are uncomfortable on the hard drop stitch floor, they need more padding and only have 2 fixation clasps, where most similar seats with other manfactures have 4. It's not long enough to be a 2 seater as it hasn't enough leg room when used as a tandem. Performance; OK. Stability good. Does however track to the left which is not great even with 2 skegs. Adjustment would be something to look at on future designs, although I known no kayaks have this at present. Speed not great, down side for stability. Paddles aren't the most powerful! Conclusion; In hindsight I'd prefer the navigator, but could you actually inflate it with a pump gauge limited to 9.6psi? Left frustrated by lack of pre and post sales support and app recommendations. Also with details being left out, like clear setup instructions and inadequate pump gauge that effectively is not fit for purpose. Also crashing website and poor chat function. However, on the positive, if these details were iron out, its not a bad kayak, but could be a great package! I've been finicky, because ilve been left with a tainted experience after buying, when it could be so simply made to be a better one. Hope this helps, and you guys actually take on board my comments and honesty. Tried to be constructive!! I have no video or picture as yet, early days!!”

“This is an intermediate level paddle board. As I am a beginner I am returning it. I hope to exchange for a beginner board. I'm waiting for customer service to get in touch. I hope they hurry up, because we only have 14 days to return it. The design of this board is cool. Check your weight against the weight of the board.”

“I purchased this July 1st and it's now July 30th and I'm yet to be given a ship date on my purchase. I've emailed multiple times and they told me it would ship soon and it hasn't. Now they have completely stopped answering me. I've never had an experience like this. It's horrible”
