“Purchased last week and arrived very promptly. Took an hour to put together, not difficult at all. Have used it every day since. I am impressed that it holds it's temperature through the day and overnight with no heater on and only drops a couple of degrees. Massage bubbles are excellent , so far am enjoying this product very much and would definitely recommend.”

“This is the second hot tub I’ve bought from Wave Spa in the last year. I wanted an upgrade over the inflatable rattan effect one I had before so went for the Osaka rigid foam 6 person hot tub. Was very impressed and holds the temperature very well.”

“Although my due date for delivery was mid August I actually received it 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Unfortunately I have been let down,,as I am still waiting for the chemical starter kit and the inflatable cover.”

“Tub was easy enough to set up and looks great once complete. The main unit runs at about the same volume as our previous Lay-Z-Spa, but the noise from the bubbles is a lot quieter. The lid re received had a hole in it and a quick chat either customer service saw a new one delivered for free in a couple of days. All in all I cannot fault this hot tub and have been in it every evening so far.”

Not enough info on chemical start up. I was sent a link to it which wasn't on the website... But should be.”
