“The purchase of this item has been very simple and straightforward. It was ordered and the item arrived on time as stated at the point of purchase. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order all the way along and the item was via a tracked delivery serivce so I was able to know the time slot it was expected to arrive. I am still waiting to set it up as it has near enough rained since I accepted delivery of it - Good old British weather!!”
