“Received our Osaka Hot tub last week. Great communication regarding delivery, only a couple of weeks past the estimated due date. Set up was very easy using the on line training videos. Would suggest that more information could be provided regarding the use of chemicals for the daily/weekly maintenance. As first time hot tub owners we have struggled to find out this information and have had to rely on forums. All in all we are very pleased and can't wait for the Summer months. Only reason I haven't given the 5* is due to the lack of maintenance information.”

“Received our hot tub alot earlier than advised. Over the moon its great. Easy to set up and quite big. Its cheaper to run than I thought. We bought the rigid osaka hot tub, hugely recommended. Customer service was very good as well. Emma very helpful”

“So pleased we didn’t go with a another rival spa again and opted for the Osaka instead bit extra but you get what you pay for easy set up excellent value. Well insulated and comfy may need a spa seat as def deeper but that means I can use my hammock to bob around in x”

“After 2years of having a lazy spa which I used every day do to suffering from fibromyalgia it stopped working. So done some googling and this company came up. So after lots of thinking and comparing prices I went for it. Bigger, well made, good quality,quieter, jets for your back are brilliant lazy spa didn't have them only ring round bottom. I didn't put it together/up husband and son did they said it was easy and it was being filled after 30 minutes. We have got a big crease on the bottom but will sort that when we empty in around 3 months. Over all very pleased with it. The company was very good to deal with, kept me up dated on delivery do to covid and brexit it was delayed. Very happy customer.”
