It looks great, was easy to put together following the instructional video and is so relaxing - me and my husband have a new nightly routine of relaxing and chatting in the tub before bed. Brilliant service from WAVE - the tub actually arrived early! I was nervous buying something so big online and from a company I'd not heard of previously but cannot fault it. Thank you for providing such a stylish looking hot tub as most of the ones on the market look a bit crap.”

“Wave have been nothing short of helpful especially in these crazy pandemic times. Slight delay on the hot tub arriving but I was kept fully informed and now that I have it all I can say it was truly worth the wait. I am now the proud owner of the Wave Osaka 4-6 people tub. Truly impressed by the quality and build of the product, great price too. All has been very seamless setting up as per the instructions. Having a hot tub is an experience and a learning curve but any minor issues I have experienced as soon as I have emailed Wave, they have been super prompt and efficient at getting back in touch and advising, especially Anton :). Ground sheet was missing but this turned up promptly as soon as I notified them with a few free filters as a small apology. Thank you for the overall fantastic service. A truly happy customer and I would highly recommend the Wave experience to anyone.”
