“The Hot Tub is fantastic! Easy to set up and looks great. Purchased for family use and lots of room for our kids and a very busy kids 'Hot Tub party'! Was very easy to assemble and fill. The Rattan effect looks great with our garden furniture. Small issue with delivery - The delivery driver was 2 hours late and when he arrived, couldn't find the Hot Tub in his van!!! I helped him look for it and we found it upside down with tonnes of other packages on top of it! Luckily it's working fine up to yet.”

“Very good service from wave. Communication has been good - we had some issues with delivery (not wave’s doing) but they were helpful in reordering. Have ordered from wave in the past and would again.”
