“Pre-ordered late March for delivery on 25th June... to our surprise the Hot Tub arrived 12 days early! Definitely worth the wait! We have used it at least twice per day since we’ve set it up. Fantastic for the money! :)”

“After a wobbly start we received our hot tub set up was easy but after a few hours started going flat frustrated by this we started looking for the problem to find the seam at the bottom of the tub was faulty this been a manufacturing problem. We emailed Wave with photos and got a prompt e mail back saying all hot tubs are checked 24 hours prior to dispatch . We thought oh hear we go its going to be a battle but after a few hours we received another e mail saying that Wave will collect the hot tub the next day and our new hot tub would be dispatched asap we got our new hot tub within the week and its all good what amazing customer service we are very happy with our purchase and enjoying the experience thank you so much.”
