“Excellent spa absolutely well worth the money. we bought the 4 seat and love it so much we want a 6 person one for next yr. Only thing which was my fault i never ordered filters and only came with oneso need to order more seperate. Absolutely recommend these spas and far better quality than some of the flimsy ones seen in shops. Design of wave spa make them look way more expensive than they are”

“Ordered the spa in Feb for a May delivery. Emailed when spa would arrive. Starter kit arrived later as delayed unfortunately arrived via Hermes so was leaking all over the place! Not wave fault. Had to wrap pipes from unit to spa with plumbers tape as leaking but this sorted the leak. Rubber seals kept moving and stretching. Apart from a few teething problems the spa is good. When it’s great weather in use all the time. Raining not so much.”

“Ordered around Easter time and was due end of June. Arrived 2nd July. Looks exactly like picture. Is nice and comfy inside but I would say it’s perfect for two people would be a squeeze with four in. Cover/Lid fits snugly on top. All round we are very pleased with our purchase but would have liked it if a drain hose was included as standard.”

“Bought because we are shielding and needed something to keep us happy. This is brilliant! Package came a few days early and was neatly packaged meaning it was easy to move. Really easy to install. Took approx 10 minutes to attach inflate and then around 45minutes to fill. Be careful to give plenty of room for unit and attachment pipes as the pipe will link otherwise. We left it overnight to heat as we filled from cold. But we now fill via our kitchen mixer taps using an a simple hose attachment. Means the water is already warm when it goes in. We just check the chemical levels daily and it's ready to go. Its the best thing I've bought and very reasonably price. You do have to have an outdoor waterproof electrical connection. It's the only safe way to use it. The heater and filter works really well, with the lid on it maintains its temperature . Jets are brilliant and quite powerful for relaxing those aching bones. The heater doesnt heat whilst jets are on. But we find max 30 min bubbles is more than enough then we are happy to relax in 39-41 temp. It tends to drop 2 -3 degrees when the jets are on. We bought this to try out to see whether we would use a full size permanent hot tub. Seriously would not think twice about purchasing. only negative is I didnt purchase one years ago!”
