“Received our Hot Tub in July absolutely loved it, after 8 weeks it started deflating along the seams. Emailed Wave with pic and videos, their replys were quick and informative,they agreeded to send replacement, in-between waiting for our replacement i emailed afew times with inquires and each time the response was quick and helpful. I believe this is a new company and there have been afew problems with faults on some tub but with myself they were very helpful and response was good. Keep up the good work and may we all carry on enjoying our Hot Tubs”

“I have had my Wave Pacific hot tub since early August, after being on pre-order for a short while. I find it very well made for what isn’t an expensive price point. It was very easy to set up by following the supplied instructions. I did wonder how often I would use it as I had only previously been in a hot tub once. Well since August it’s had a lot of use, and surprisingly I find I am enjoying the spa even more now in the dark and cooler weather than in the warm sunshine, it’s a totally different experience. I’ve gone from cold beers and sunny days in the spa to cool dark nights stargazing (when possible). We have the spa undercover so it’s great to go in even if it’s raining. I love everything about this Spa and I find Wave Direct a very easy company to deal with.”
