Hi There! All of our spas come with a clip-on safety cover as shown in the product description. “Love my spa, thought my delivery had been delayed but after some contact with Emily at Wave my spa was delivered a few days later !!!! Can’t wait to use my spa but unfortunately I am still awaiting the delivery of my filter/chemical kit !!!!! I have contacted wave I imagine it was just a blip as as before just awaiting a reply !!!”

“Received this last September (2020). Having a issue with it intermittently. Emailed but still haven’t heard back from anyone!!!!!! Heater turns itself off every now and then and only heats up to 41 not the 42 it states.”

Hi Michaela! I am so sorry for our delayed response, I cannot find your email with the details provided but I am sure that we will respond very soon. We are currently experiencing a very high number of emails and are trying our best to be as quick as possible. In terms of the temperature of your spa, here is a copy of our temperature guidance 'The Wave Spa can heat water to 42°C, but a hot tub's typical operating temperature ranges from 34-38°C.' We recommend that the temperature of your hot tub can vary between 35/2 degrees Fahrenheit/Celcius from what is pre-set on the control panel. I hope that this helps! Kind Regards, Jess
